- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across key enterprise platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and Workday, to enhance business operations and workflows.
- Automate processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure smooth integration across enterprise applications.
- Create detailed automation architectures that integrate with existing enterprise systems, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
- Leverage RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or COTS tools such as Tricentis Tosca, AccelQ, Worksoft Certify, or Copado to automate routine tasks within SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and Workday.
- Build and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and connectors to integrate with enterprise applications. Conduct system analysis and design automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure seamless integration between automation solutions and existing enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Workday).
- Optimize business processes and workflows, ensuring high performance, low latency, and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues related to automation integrations.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and application owners to define automation requirements and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor junior automation engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on automation best practices and tools.
- Monitor automation performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices and innovation in automation.
- Document automation processes, integration details, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on automation performance to stakeholders.
Up to 100% travel required. Reports to company headquarters in Chicago, IL. Roving employee will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
- Agile Development;
- New Product Introduction (NPI) and Pricing Management functions;
- Leading a cross functional Scrum team to facilitate sprint ceremonies such as planning, backlog grooming, feature/story demos, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups;
- Working closely with product owners, business partners and internal customers to ensure the continuous agile delivery of prioritized projects and change / enhancement requests for
- Front/Back Office (SFDC/SAP) business functions;
- Managing the sprint release timelines and communicating delivery status to leadership and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; and
- Creating QA automation plans and roadmaps for a scalable and adaptable framework.
