Position Description:  


PingWind is seeking a Program Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and managing project resources to meet contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, a strong understanding of government contracting processes, and a technical background in IT.


Primary Responsibilities:


Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

•    Plan, manage, monitor and support the overall contract to ensure that all contract deliverables are produced, maintained, and executed.
•    Provide an overall program manager duty for this effort on-site at the USARCENT G6 and GENM-O compounds in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait and USARCENT Headquarters, Shaw Air Force Base, SC 
•    Prepare and maintain the Project Plan, which lists the activities, tasks, assignments, milestones and performance metrics for work performed
•    Prepare and provide management reports that present substantive project cost, schedule, and performance data for all services being rendered 
•    Managing highly complex information technology projects; convey accurate and timely project status; and efficiently manage large advisory requirements
•    Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT programs.
•    Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects from inception to completion.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and stakeholders.

This role plans and integrates signal capabilities across enterprise and tactical environments to ensure reliable, secure communications supporting command and control operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term signal and communications strategies aligned with operational and organizational objectives.
• Plan and synchronize communications capabilities supporting command and control (C2) operations.
• Translate operational requirements into technical communications architectures.
• Plan and integrate enterprise and tactical communication systems, including voice, data, satellite, and wireless networks.
• Ensure interoperability between multiple communication platforms, networks, and mission systems.
• Support integration of new technologies into existing communication infrastructure.
• Develop communications plans and annexes supporting operational planning processes.
• Coordinate with operational, intelligence, and logistics planners to ensure communications capabilities support mission execution.
