MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate in one of the following areas; English 7-12, Mid-Level 7-9 or Grades 4-8 English, as well as a Program Specialist certificate in ESL; knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices; ability to engage students actively in the learning process; and excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
