Remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States except for residents of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington DC. Additionally, candidates in Ohio must reside in at least 50 miles away from our Solon, OH office to be eligible.

Established in 1987, NES is licensed to collect in all 50 states and partners with clients nationwide across financial services, retail, automotive, telecommunications, higher education, and government sectors. 

As a Remote Debt Collector, you will manage and resolve delinquent consumer accounts while delivering professional and complaint services.

Responsibilities: 

• Contact consumers to negotiate and resolve payment solutions 
• Manage outbound calls regarding delinquent accounts 
• Process electronic payments through various methods 
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions 
• Adhere to all Federal, State, and Industry regulations 

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
• 3 days : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST
• 2 days : 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Internet Connection Requirements:

• Must have a reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection with a wired or fiber-optic connection.

  • Upload Speed: 20 Mbps or higher 
  • Latency: Under 50 ms 
• Satellite, DSL, Fixed Wireless, or Cellular Home internet connections are not acceptable.
