We’re looking for dependable Facilities Porters to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of The Brook. In this role, you’ll ensure the casino, dining areas, banquet spaces, and event venues remain clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll also support concerts and special events by assisting with setup, breakdown, and post-event cleanup to keep the property running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Maintain cleanliness throughout the casino, dining areas, offices, banquet rooms, and public spaces
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including preparing and resetting banquet and event spaces
Support post-event cleanup including trash removal and restoring spaces for normal operations
Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors safely while using proper signage and procedures
Respond quickly to spills, cleaning needs, and radio calls to keep the property guest-ready

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Experience using cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain a fast, consistent pace
Professional, courteous attitude when interacting with guests and team members
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
