Department: Corporate Compliance

Role Snapshot

We're looking for a Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen our Corporate Compliance Program. You'll work within a centralized, independent function that partners across the organization, serving as a key contributor to policy and procedure administration, auditing, reporting, training, and continuous process improvement.

A major focus of this role is technology‑enabled compliance. You'll serve as the primary administrator for our disclosure and certification system and the department SharePoint site, as well as leverage available technology solutions to modernize processes. This position is ideal for someone who has strong critical thinking skills and can contribute to the team as a self-directed individual. The position requires looking at issues holistically, understanding end-to-end processes and how they interrelate, attention to detail, and building scalable processes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as lead system administrator for the employee disclosure and certification software, including configuration, periodic cycles, user support, data review, reporting, and ongoing optimization through a structured change management process. Maintain up to date system documentation, module overviews, and process maps-many to be developed from scratch.
  • Maintain and enhance the Ethics & Compliance SharePoint site; support the transition to SharePoint Online.
  • Support LMS coordination and assist with the transition to a new learning platform.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, dashboards, and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct audits and assurance reviews; draft clear, actionable audit reports.
  • Manage reporting activities and maintain related compliance inventories.
  • Deliver training and respond to compliance inquiries across the organization.
  • Support onboarding‑related compliance tasks and broader department initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of compliance experience (or similar roles with compliance exposure).
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel (including pivot tables and data visualization), and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online required.
  • Experience administering compliance software, especially disclosure/certification platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of conflict-of-interest policy best practices and related issues.
  • Strong critical thinking, the ability to evaluate issues holistically, and an understanding of end-to-end compliance processes and how they interrelate.
  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, self‑directed approach and comfort in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience with AI tools or Power BI.

Preferred

  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or willingness to obtain.
