We are a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Lead to drive the performance, reliability, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure and core IT services in Arlington, VA. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational leadership to support complex, distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing automation solutions under supervision.
  • Support implementation of automated equipment and systems.
  • Participate in basic testing of automated functions.
  • Document process flows and updates to existing automation systems.
  • Provide technical support for automated systems. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with programming languages used in automation (e.g., Python, PLC languages)
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn new automation tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to follow engineering procedures and standards.
  • CompTIA Sec+ certification or other DoD 8140 required certification 

Education Requirement: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Clearance Requirement: 

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance

Work Environment:

  • 100% onsite at government facility. Must be local to the DC Metro Area with reliable transportation 
  • Must comply with all security and access protocols
