How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Guide, mentor, and support maintenance technicians and staff.
Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee repairs and projects to ensure safe, timely, cost‑effective completion.
Monitor maintenance budgets and manage resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and all relevant safety standards.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare data‑driven reports.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan facility improvements.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical field.
7–10 years of maintenance leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, repair procedures, and maintenance systems.
Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance analytics.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading teams.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
