How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the daily operations of the maintenance department.

  • Guide, mentor, and support maintenance technicians and staff.

  • Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

  • Oversee repairs and projects to ensure safe, timely, cost‑effective completion.

  • Monitor maintenance budgets and manage resources efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and all relevant safety standards.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare data‑driven reports.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan facility improvements.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical field.

  • 7–10 years of maintenance leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, repair procedures, and maintenance systems.

  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading teams.

  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
