The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to own the end-to-end management, governance, and operations of our enterprise AI ecosystem—including Microsoft 365 Copilot, EZ Copilot (custom Copilot extensions), Azure AI Search, and broader GenAI/LLM platform services.   This is a critical role responsible for ensuring availability, performance, compliance, and secure integration of AI capabilities across the firm.   You will work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infra, and Consulting teams to operationalize and scale AI solutions across Egon Zehnder.
