Job Description

Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in both part-time or fulltime to join our team in Roermond Outlet. Reporting directly into our Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of:

 

Main activities and responsibilities: 

- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs 

- Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection 

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers 

- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines 

- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge 

 

Key requirements & competencies

- Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus such as Dutch, German or Italian 

- Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry

- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques 

- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills   

- Strong team player
