Overnight Caregiver (CHHA or CNA) – Part-Time
Assisted Living Community | Medford, NJ
Shift: 11PM – 7AM
Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $24.75 (based on background)
Additional Earnings: Weekend shift premium
Position Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our assisted living team for overnight hours. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to residents while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily routines such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal care
- Respond promptly to resident requests and needs
- Support a positive and respectful atmosphere for all residents
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure consistent care
- Promote resident comfort, independence, and dignity at all times
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey CHHA or CNA certification required
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required
Schedule
52.50 Hours Bi-Weekly: 11pm-7am
- Week 1: Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat
- Week 2: Wed, Thurs
- Week 3: Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat
- Week 4: Wed, Thurs
Compensation & Growth
- Starting rate: $22.00 – $24.75 per hour

Requirements
A valid/unexpired Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant License is required for this position.
