The Licensed Behavior Analyst will report directly to the Director of Behavioral Assessment and Consultative Services and BSS Clinical Director. The primary purpose of the Licensed Behavior Analyst it to assess and address clinical needs of individuals using an individualized approach.

Requirements

  • All staff assigned to this classification must currently be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and such certification must be maintained throughout employment in this classification at Humanim.
  • Employee must have received a master’s degree or higher at the time of certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or its successor organization.
  • Valid Maryland driver’s license required.
  • Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
