What you’ll be doing:

As an accounting professional, you
will be expected to:

  • Interact directly with US clients
  • Perform accounting tasks such as:
    • Categorizations of bank and credit card
      transactions
    • Posting of transactions in GL and sub-ledger
    • Cash applications
    • Reconciliations
    • GL, AP, AR accounting
    • Fixed Assets and Inventory
    • Payroll accounting
    • Computation of depreciation and amortization
    • Cleaning of books of account
    • Preparation of Trial Balance, Financial Statements
      (Financial and US Tax accounts), Financial Analysis,
    • Preparation of ad hoc reports & dashboards
  • Liaising with clients and Auditors
  • Closing of books of account
  • Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS
    activities and implantation strategies at the company.


Requirements

What are we looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in US accounting (knowledge of
    US GAAP preferable) and direct interaction with US clients is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting
    software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc.
  • Ability and confidence to work independently or with
    minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must have worked on any one or more of the following
    industries:
    • Consumer Business/ Retail
    • Hospitality

    • Logistics/Supply Chain
