Qualifications

•Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
•Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process-related roles.
•Proven experience on SPC and quality improvement methodologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions.
•Well communication and leadership skills; ability to guide, train, and develop teams.
•Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment based on multiple sources of information.
•Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JMP statistical analysis software.
