The Product Support Analyst Associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality support for Infor’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role partners closely with customers, global support teams, and development to troubleshoot functional and technical challenges across complex supply chain environments. The position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, system stability, and backlog reduction while building deep domain expertise in warehouse operations. A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Resolve customer-reported incidents by diagnosing functional and technical issues within the WMS platform and driving timely resolution.
Interact directly with customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and communicate progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with development, engineering, and global support teams to investigate escalated issues and implement sustainable fixes.
Manage and document support tickets, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and adherence to service-level expectations.
Support customers across multiple geographies and languages, adapting communication to diverse business contexts.
Develop foundational expertise in warehouse management processes, including inventory, picking, shipping, and receiving workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideally some previous experience, including internships or entry-level roles, in customer support, operations, or a technical environment.
Working proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn complex systems and processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Legal authorization to work permanently in Mexico for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to warehouse management, logistics operations, or supply chain processes.
Familiarity with enterprise software, ERP, or WMS platforms.
Experience interacting with external customers or stakeholders in a support or service role.
