Overview
The ERP Project Manager leads ERP implementations and enhancements that support manufacturing operations, industrial engineering initiatives, and financial accuracy. This role ensures ERP systems streamline production workflows, improve operational efficiency, and integrate effectively with accounting and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle ERP projects with a focus on manufacturing, production planning, and shop-floor integration.

Partner with industrial engineering and operations teams to translate manufacturing workflows into optimized ERP processes.

Improve production efficiency through ERP-enabled process redesign, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate cost accounting, inventory valuation, and reporting.

Oversee data migration for BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory, and financial data.

Lead testing, training, and documentation for production, engineering, and accounting users.

Ensure ERP workflows support traceability, audit requirements, and operational metrics.
