    Rock Ridge Public Schools is accepting applications for a Level 1 Technology Support position for the school district.

    Position:  Technology Support Level 1

    Rate of Pay:  $23.22/Hour - AFSCME Union Position

    Benefits:  Per the AFSCME Local #3 Contract. Available at www.rrps.org.

    Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday
                                 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
                                 40 Hours/Week

    Brief Job Description:
    Provide technical support for the school district's end user devices such as laptops, desktops, iPads, interactive displays and audio visual systems and phones.

    Education and Experience:
    Associates degree and considerable experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Two years experience with Macintosh and Windows compatibles as well as iPads.  Preferred experience setting up, configuring, and managing a Carousel digital signage platform that is integrated with AppleTV's.  Preferred experience with troubleshooting FrontRow classroom audio visual systems including CB6000 and ICR, and IR microphones, as well as the FrontRow Conductor platform.  Preferred experience in the JAMF mobile device management system. Experience using the FreshWorks or similar ticketing systems.
