What You�ll Do:

• Supervise and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Respond to service requests, including after-hours emergencies
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance
• Manage, train, and support maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff
• Maintain inventory, budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests

What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC experience + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
