Position: Staff Therapist or Staff Psychologist
Location: Hybrid (In-office in Clayton, MO & Telehealth)
Status: W2-Employee (Options for part-time and part-time to transition into full-time)
About Us
Healing Spaces is a group private practice located in Clayton, MO. Our mission is to empower our clients to lead happier, more fulfilling lives by providing compassionate, effective psychological care rooted in social justice.
Who We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking clinicians who align with our mission and bring a specific niche to our team. We have a strong preference for therapists specializing in adolescent therapy, who have a specific niche or expertise in a specialized training modality, as well as candidates who are currently paneled with Medicaid.
Terms of Employment
- Compensation: Licensed Master’s Level therapists start at $55+/hour for clinical work, and $27/hour for non-clinical work, including meetings and completing notes. Provisionally licensed clinicians with a strong clinical background are welcome to apply!
- Caseload: We are hiring for a part-time (15 hours/week) therapist, though our desired applicant will start part-time to transition into a full-time caseload (22–24 clinical hours/week).
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong, demonstrated commitment to social justice, equity, and our practice values.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Commitment to high ethical standards regarding documentation and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Therapists: Conduct intake assessments, provide compassionate therapy to individuals and families, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
- Psychologists: In addition to therapy opportunities, psychologists will conduct psychological assessments (including disability evaluations) and may supervise practicum students.
- All Staff: Actively participate in staff meetings and peer consultations to foster our collaborative environment.
