Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects. Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job quantities, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and readily available.
  • Review and verify pay estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and submit Supplemental Agreements as required to address project changes and variations.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports, including subcontractor work logs, meter reading reports, and equipment usage summaries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with subcontractors, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring their adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Review and approve timesheets for accuracy and timely payment processing.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management bachelor’s degree or possesses equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, including both oral and written skills.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Strong ability to work both autonomously and with active management involvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote a safe work environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
