Job Functions
- Follow and teach school's core curriculum
- Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development
- Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry
- Prepare students for state license exams and placement
- Implement company systems and standards
- Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols
Job Skills, Education, and Experience
- Active Esthetics license in WI
- Experience as a practicing professional in Ayurvedic esthetics
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience
- Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
Schedule:
Part-time; Wednesday + Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, with the opportunity to pick up more hours
