Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager is the second-in-command at the site, responsible for supporting daily operations, leading team performance, and driving a strong sales culture. This role requires confident decision-making, hands-on leadership, and a focus on delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and lead by example in kiosk performance
- Open/close the site and manage daily labor needs
- Ensure SOPs are followed across all areas of the wash
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Identify and address basic mechanical or operational issues
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
- Experience identifying customer needs and delivering solutions
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Able to lift 35+ lbs. and work on feet for extended periods
Working Conditions
Outdoor work in varying weather with exposure to water, chemicals, and equipment. Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.
