Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager is the second-in-command at the site, responsible for supporting daily operations, leading team performance, and driving a strong sales culture. This role requires confident decision-making, hands-on leadership, and a focus on delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and lead by example in kiosk performance
• Open/close the site and manage daily labor needs
• Ensure SOPs are followed across all areas of the wash
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
• Enforce company policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Identify and address basic mechanical or operational issues

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
• Experience identifying customer needs and delivering solutions
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Able to lift 35+ lbs. and work on feet for extended periods

Working Conditions
Outdoor work in varying weather with exposure to water, chemicals, and equipment. Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.
