Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to needed resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide short-term, temporary relief to primary caregivers of youth enrolled in the OhioRISE program to support and preserve the caregiving relationship.
  • Deliver behavioral health respite services in the home or community setting, ensuring youth have access to supervision, structure, and emotional support during respite periods.
  • Engage youth in meaningful, developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, transportation, and community engagement, as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment that promotes positive behavior and stability.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, OhioRISE Care Coordinators, and treatment providers to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and within established timelines in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards.
  • Attend team meetings, supervision, and training to maintain program fidelity and professional growth.
  • Evening and weekend hours are required to meet family needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate�s or Bachelor�s degree in human services or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with youth or families, preferably within behavioral health or developmental services, is preferred.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to youth with complex emotional or behavioral needs.
  • Broad knowledge of community resources and a willingness to connect families to supports.
  • Must possess a valid driver�s license, reliable transportation, and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Effective communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
