Global Dimensions is seeking a Junior FMV Analyst for an upcoming opportunity in Quantico, Virginia.
Junior FMV Analysts will:
- Perform hands-on full motion imagery (FMI) analysis, producing intelligence products derived from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, addressing a wide range of issues that support national security objectives, senior policymakers, the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives.
- Provide real-time 24/7/365 full motion video (FMV) exploitation in a shift work environment, ensuring Situational Awareness (SA) and comprehension of the mission and intelligence requirements.
- Conduct research using Cedalion or its successors, along with other multi-disciplined IC databases, to acquire additional or clarifying information to support analysis and research efforts.
- Produce both standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific products.
- Perform imagery research and analysis to meet current USMC requirements, including but not limited to NRO Overhead Systems, aircraft, FMV, and civil/commercial sensors, to address specific Information Requirements.
- Generate and provide metadata to support structured observations that align with DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives.
- Provide analysts capable of viewing, exploiting, recording, and typing (minimum 40 words/minute) live FMV exploitation comments to support operational FMV missions.
- Identify targets and target-related activities by understanding the Order of Battle for mission-related geolocations.
- Conduct target research to support exploitation activities, providing additional information and context to inform the exploitation team and meet information requirements.
- Analyze existing intelligence to identify gaps in coverage and knowledge, investigating all sources of intelligence to address those gaps.
- Perform data mining using a variety of databases, open-source reports, digital video archives, and other intelligence sources.
- Produce multimedia content in support of exploitation activities.
- Provide peer-to-peer assessments when analysts need evaluations or tests on their positions.
- Conduct multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in line with Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
