Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Administrator to join our team in Cramlington, Northumberland on a fixed term basis until January 2027. This fixed term, office-based role focuses on supporting the team by managing ERP system master data input to ensure robust and accurate information such as bills of materials (BOMs), and routing documents. Your attention to detail will help drive efficiency and maintain the integrity of our operational systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data entry of system master data
  • Ensure compliance with system requirements, addressing and reporting non-conformances.
  • Adhere to quality management and environmental system procedures.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Skilled in ERP systems data input, with a preference for Oracle R12 but not essential.
  • Strong data input skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 

Education and Background

  • Experience in master data management and understanding of bills of materials (BOMs) and routine documents.
