Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for telecom, cloud, OSS/BSS, and 5G transformation programs.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, solution strategies, and modernization initiatives.
- Design scalable and cost-effective solutions across network core, RAN, cloud, automation, and managed services environments.
- Drive solutioning for large telecom engagements including proposal development, effort estimation, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and operational excellence.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and best practice adoption across programs.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with telecom ecosystem vendors, hyperscalers, and technology partners.
- Mentor technical teams and support capability development across telecom and cloud domains.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in telecom technology, solution architecture, or delivery leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in telecom networks, OSS/BSS, 5G, cloud, network automation, and managed services.
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators and global delivery organizations.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, network transformation, and outcome-based delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
