Become a part of the Halcyon Center, a program that serves adults in Massachusetts with autism and developmental disabilities, offering ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life.  This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting.  DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more!

Education, Experience and Skills: 

• High School diploma. 
• Valid driver's license for at least 3yrs and insured auto.
• 3+ years of experience working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities is required.
