Job Description

KWPMC is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to serve as a professional, front-facing presence across multiple properties. This role focuses on guest relations, access control, problem resolution, and amenity oversight, while maintaining a visible leadership presence in high-traffic areas.

The FOH Operational Support Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the guest experience and ensuring safety, professionalism, and service consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities (FOH)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Will support multiple properties and shifts in a designated region
  • FOH will cover various roles to include; Front Desk, Amenity Attendant, Administrative Assistant, and any other Front of House roles
  • Deliver a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented guest experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with calm, effective resolution.
  • Provide information and guidance regarding property rules, amenities, and services.
  • Monitor and control building access, ensuring compliance with credentials and security procedures.
  • Track guest interactions, incidents, and resolutions using company systems and logs.
  • Maintain a visible presence in lobbies, common areas, amenity spaces, and exterior zones.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining guest confidence and safety.
 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven customer service or guest-facing experience (hospitality, concierge, security, or property management preferred).
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Must be versatile in ability to cover multiple FOH roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and situational awareness.
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills.
 

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Willingness to travel between KWPMC properties as needed.
