Job Description

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking an exceptional caregiver for a high-hour, consistent schedule supporting a client with advanced ALS.

This is not just a fill-in shift.

We are looking for someone dependable, emotionally grounded, physically capable, and deeply compassionate — someone who can become a stabilizing presence for both the client and family.

Schedule Available:

Consistent weekly schedule with opportunity for FULL schedule ownership for the right caregiver.

Shifts currently include:

  • 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Multiple days available

  • Potential live-in or expanded hours possible


Care Includes:

  • Transfers & mobility assistance

  • Personal care support

  • Incontinence care

  • Dressing & hygiene assistance

  • Meal prep/light housekeeping

  • Emotional support & companionship

  • Supporting spouse/family during advanced illness


Ideal Caregiver:

  • Experienced with lifts/transfers

  • Calm under pressure

  • Warm, mature, and dependable

  • Comfortable with advanced conditions

  • Strong communication and consistency

  • Hospice, ALS, paralysis, or high-acuity experience strongly preferred


We are willing to pay TOP DOLLAR for the right fit.
