About Us
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) has been providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy since 2015. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) is dedicated to helping children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) build communication, independence, and social skills.

Case Opening – Haddon Township, NJ (08108)

• Client: 10-year-old

• Schedule:
  • Thursdays, 4:30 – 7:00 PM
  • Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM
  • Sundays, 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community settings

• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

• Support growth in communication, daily living, and social skills

• Collect data and track client progress

What We Offer

• $19–$29/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

• Consistent after-school and weekend hours

Qualifications

• Coursework or degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• RBT certification preferred (training available if not yet certified)

• Experience with children or individuals with developmental needs a plus

• Strong communication, reliability, and patience

• Must meet New Jersey paraprofessional requirements
