POSITION SUMMARY:  Nine-month Staff graduate assistant supporting the high school through a variety of responsibilities. This 30-hour Staff GA position is reserved for graduate students of BJU.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support high school principal with a variety of school needs (middle school, high school, athletics); this could include, for example

• Managing student workers in the Academy gym
• Teaching an average of 1 class period per day (middle and/or high school)
• Assisting athletic director as needed with overseeing home games

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Spiritual maturity
• Love for middle and high school students
• Organizational skills
• Comfortable in a digital environment and able to learn new systems as needed 
• Must be enrolled in post-graduate studies at BJU
