Job Description

Ore City Elementary is seeking a passionate, student-centered educator to join our Rebel family! We are looking for a dynamic PK–5 teacher who believes in building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations, and creating engaging learning experiences that help every student grow.

Position Overview
The Elementary Teacher will:



  • Provide high-quality instruction aligned to TEKS and district curriculum

  • Create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment

  • Use data to drive instruction and support student growth

  • Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

  • Support campus initiatives focused on student achievement and growth


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (PK–5, EC–6, or appropriate certification area)

  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills

  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous professional growth

  • Experience with elementary learners preferred
