Position Description
An Advanced Procedure Specialist plays a key role in supporting Applied Medical’s presence in Türkiye by developing implememtation strategies and driving the effective execution of product initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, ensure successful market adoption, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders across Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the Turkish Market in terms of clinical needs, trainings, and market implementation
- Collect data on current Applied Medical products' presence in the market
- Conduct market research on tenders, surgery statistics, and the competitive environment
- Build a database of surgeons and hospitals
- Educate surgeons on Applied Medical's latest technologies
- Interface with key thought leaders and key decision makers of large health systems to communicate and discuss Applied Medical’s minimally invasive programs in the market
- Support different project launchings in Türkiye
- Assist the Field team in promoting Applied Medical unique technologies in the Turkish market
- Support the management of the product range within the assigned territory, ensuring effective implementation and customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts
- Achieve business and revenue goals set by leadership in the assigned geographical area
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed sales quotas as established by leadership in assigned accounts
- Interface with key opinion leaders and key decision makers of large health systems to communicate and discuss Applied Medical's minimally invaise programs in the market
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a relevant medical field is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 year of sales experience, ideally in the medical devices or healthcare distribution sectors.
Skills:
- Fluent in Turkish and English with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong team collaboration skills, including effective facilitation of communication accross cross-functional teams
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Skilled in prepraring reports, interpreting information and presenting clear and actionable findings
- Solution-oriented mindset, with strong strategic thinking and the capacity to overcome challenges
- Demonstrates consistent accuracy and reliablity in task execution
