
About this Position
The HR Generalist acts as the strategic link between the organization and its talent, leading the comprehensive management of the employee cycle, from compensation and performance to career development plans. Their role is essential to ensuring compliance with labor legislation and union relations, while driving change management and internal communication projects that strengthen commitment and organizational culture.What you´ll do
- Steers salary review process for relevant MC levels within the country / sub-region.
- Coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator locally while thinking transdisciplinary.
- Understands data storytelling using dashboards and visualization tools.
- Supports internal clients and helps developing / implementing HR practices,
- HR solutions and strategies
Leads change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. - Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
