You will drive the implementation of high-impact features, improving computational performance, numerical stability, and overall code quality, while enforcing best software engineering practices.
You will frame and steer business case studies, working closely with business project managers and technical experts to translate operational needs into robust optimization models and solutions.
You will maintain strong links with the external and academic ecosystem, monitoring relevant research, tools, and partnerships.
You will evaluate and drive the adoption of external solutions, ensuring their relevance, robustness, and alignment with product needs.
You will act as a technical reference for optimization, providing guidance, reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers and contributing to the upskilling of the team.
You will lead the technical documentation framework for the products, clearly describing selected optimization models, justifying resolution methods, and evaluating their performance.
You will lead or contribute to advanced research activities in optimization modeling and solution strategies, and drive their industrialization into the product.
You will contribute to the external and internal visibility of the software, through technical documentation, methodological guidelines, and strategic communication to foster adoption and contribution across users and stakeholders.
