Responsibilities

  • Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles (new, used, and customer vehicles)

  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure the highest quality standards

  • Understand and meet specific customer and dealership requirements

  • Maintain proper function and care of detailing tools and equipment

  • Report any vehicle damage to management promptly and clearly

  • Work efficiently with team members to complete daily tasks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Drive vehicles to and from the service department and dealership lot

  • Transport vehicles to customers’ homes, workplaces, or other locations as needed

  • Drive vehicles between dealerships or pick up inventory from auctions and off-site locations

  • Maintain organization of the lot, including moving, staging, and cleaning vehicles

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
