As a rapidly growing company, we are building out our outbound sales function to drive pipeline and support continued growth. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will play a critical role in generating high-quality pipeline by setting up well-qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role is focused on quality over volume - success is defined by your ability to have meaningful conversations, properly qualify opportunities, and create real pipeline.
You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve targeting, and continuously increase outbound effectiveness.
Stadium is based in New York City, but this is a remote position. Candidates outside the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel.
