Garden Park Care Center is looking for an experienced and creative Activity Director to lead our resident engagement program. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing quality of life and creating meaningful experiences for our residents.

Duties:
• Plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive activity program for residents
• Create engaging daily, weekly, and monthly calendars
• Coordinate group and one-on-one activities based on resident interests and abilities
• Lead holiday events, outings, and special programs
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support resident needs
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Complete required documentation and assessments

Requirements:
• Prior experience in activities within a long-term care or skilled nursing setting required
• Activity Director certification preferred
• Strong creativity, organization, and communication skills
• Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused mindset
