About You

You bring:

  • At least 5 years in a senior analyst or eDiscovery role, with hands-on experience in large-scale document review platforms (Relativity strongly preferred)

  • Relevant post-secondary education in a related field from an accredited institution

  • Professional certification in electronic discovery (e.g., CEDS) is an asset

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-party document-intensive projects with familiarity with applicable procedural rules and standards

Technical Proficiencies

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe

  • Practical experience with platforms such as Relativity, iPro, document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar), collaboration tools, and practice management software

Strengths We Value

  • Sharp analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication

We welcome applications from candidates who may not check every box but bring enthusiasm, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to professional growth.

What You'll Do

Core Functions:

  • Lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows across complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Deliver technical guidance and training to team members and internal stakeholders

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of document handling — collection, processing, review, and production

  • Support and mentor junior eDiscovery and document management team members

eDiscovery & Workflow Execution:

  • Assess project scope by identifying key data sources, custodians, relevant timeframes, and document parameters

  • Coordinate data collection efforts with internal teams and external vendors

  • Build and refine search and filtering strategies to surface relevant information efficiently

  • Manage review workflows including deduplication, tagging, categorization, and quality control

  • Handle data imports/exports and resolve technical issues as they arise

  • Prepare organized document sets and indexes for review and exchange

  • Support formal response preparation and structured document production processes

  • Assist in compiling comprehensive reference and hearing materials for high-stakes proceedings

Additional Duties:

  • Support research tasks and preparation of reference compilations using available research platforms

  • Track time and maintain awareness of project-related cost considerations

  • Stay current with evolving eDiscovery best practices through continuous learning and professional development
