Job Description

Installation Training, Planning & Execution (Furniture & Home Appliances)

  • Develop and execute daily and phase-based installation plans for furniture and home appliance installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to required quality standards;
  • Supervise installation activities, including furniture assembly and appliance setup, coordinate manpower and tools, and promptly resolve installation issues or exceptions.

Team Supervision & Training

  • Supervise daily performance of drivers and installation technicians, ensuring compliance with service standards, installation procedures, and safety requirements;
  • Organize and deliver regular training for drivers and installers on installation techniques, product knowledge, service standards, and safety practices;
  • Coach team members on-site, provide performance feedback, and support continuous skill development.

On-site Operations & Process Optimization

  • Analyze installation workflows for furniture and appliance delivery and setup, identify efficiency, quality, or safety bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Promote and neforce standardized installation procedures, technical guidelines, and SOPs for furniture and home appliance installation.

Quality, Safety & Compliance Management

  • Monitor installation quality to ensure compliance with company standards, product specifications, and customer requirements for furniture and home appliances;
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track key installation KPIs, including on-time completion rate, first-time installation success rate, rework rate, installation cost, and safety incidents;
  • Prepare installation performance reports, providing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Cross-functional & Contractor Coordination
  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth coordination between delivery and installation activities;
  • Manage and coordinate in-house installation teams and third-party installers, ensuring consistent execution and service standards.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary contact for customers during furniture and home appliance installations, clearly communicating progress and handling issues professionally;
  • Address customer feedback and complaints related to installation services, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in installation supervision, field operations, or service management, preferably within furniture, home appliances, or consumer goods industries;
  • Prior experience managing installation teams or third-party contractors is highly preferred.
  • Professional Skills
  • Solid understanding of furniture assembly processes and home appliance installation requirements (e.g. electrical appliances, large household equipment);
  • Familiarity with on-site operations management, quality control, and safety standards;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools for reporting and performance tracking;
  • Experience with dispatching systems, service management systems, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Communication & Coordination Skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in on-site service scenarios.
