About The Team

You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Channel Planning and Expansion: Develop channel expansion plans and operational strategies in line with company strategy, identify potential partnership channels; expand new online and offline channels through business negotiations and resource integration, establish cooperative relationships, and enhance channel coverage and business scale.

Channel Operation and Management: Responsible for daily channel operations, including product listing/delisting, activity configuration, and inventory management; formulate and execute channel marketing strategies, plan marketing campaigns to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales; maintain customer relationships, resolve operational issues, and ensure the healthy and stable development of the channel.

Resource Integration and Collaboration: Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain departments to leverage respective strengths; maintain good communication with channel partners, secure resource support, optimize cooperation models, and achieve mutual benefits to drive efficient business operations.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze channel operation data, including traffic, sales, and user behavior metrics; diagnose operational issues, identify growth opportunities, propose optimization plans, and implement them to continuously improve channel efficiency and business performance.

Market Insight and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market changes, collect and analyze market information; adjust channel operation strategies based on user demand and trends, innovate marketing approaches, maintain channel competitiveness, and drive business innovation and growth.
