We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cabinet Builder. In this role, you’ll help create high-quality products by assembling materials into finished cabinets. Responsibilities include following written or demonstrated instructions, carefully inspecting work, assisting co-workers when needed, and keeping your work area clean and safe in accordance with company standards.

What You’ll Do

• Apply glue, staples, and other fasteners to assemble cabinet components.

• Attach and secure necessary parts, including hot melt components.

• Stamp and position components on the trim line.

• Assist trimmers or help with machine set-up during downtime.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Tools & Equipment

• Hot melt machine

• Pin gun

• Staple guns (½", ¾", 1")

• Press machine

• Tape measure

• Safety equipment (sleeve gloves, ear plugs)

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)

• Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed

General Requirements

• Must be 18 or older

• Basic reading and writing skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to bend and twist throughout the shift

• Ready to work in a fast-paced, loud environment

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
