Requirements

Minimum

• Licensed Professional Architect in good standing. 
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 4 years of experience in the field of Architecture.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Architecture with a minor in urban planning or similar.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. 
• Software experience with Bluebeam, Excel, Deltek VantagePoint. 
• Specialized certification in Architecture related systems. [NCARB, etc.]

Summary

The Architect is skilled and knowledgeable in the Architectural field. The right candidate will be able to drive the performance and success of our Architectural staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of junior Staff. The Architect will be able to develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact, oversee and facilitate communication amongst internal and external Clients, and assist the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals. Specialized experience as a Job Captain or Assistant PM is preferred.
