Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions of this position while meeting or exceeding annual goals and objectives are as follows:

• Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions.
• Provide accurate reporting of paperwork and labor hours to the supervisor.
• Assist other areas on the production floor, including the assembly line if necessary.
• Load and unload the powder coating line’s monorail conveyor.
• Operate powder coating ovens to cure powder coated assemblies and components.
• Perform daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work.
• Communicate with the Team Lead regarding production schedule problems or delays.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equvialent 
• Must comply with Legal and Corporate Responsibilities
• 1-2 Years of Powder Coat or Manufacturing Experience
