Carlsbad By The Sea is a continuing care resort-style retirement community on the coast in beautiful Carlsbad.

We currently have openings for full-time C.N.A.’s for the AM shift.  We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. 

Under the direction of the Director of Health Services or Director of Nursing, the C.N.A. is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living.

• Perform routine resident care and assistance with daily living.
• Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
• Prioritize patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
• Follow infection control techniques in performing resident care.
• Maintain all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
