The Clinical Education Manager, in conjunction with the Director of Education, is accountable for the development, implementation, and oversight of initial and continuing education for clinical employees and ensuring that required competencies are adhered to. In addition, this position coordinates in-house education events and maintains proficiency in the role of Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic. Will be required to drive personal or company vehicles whenever and wherever business needs necessitate. This is a safety-sensitive position.
