Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Solutions Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Microsoft-based solutions that solve real customer business challenges. This role sits at the intersection of product management, solution architecture, and software solution delivery leadership.

You will work closely with technical teams, customer success, and stakeholders to define solution vision, drive execution, and ensure successful adoption. The ideal candidate brings both strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Requirements

  • Identify and define Microsoft-based solutions aligned to customer business needs
  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Align solution offerings with company growth objectives and revenue targets
  • Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications
  • Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility and business value

Solution Design & Development

  • Lead and collaborate with a small technical team to design, build, and deploy solutions
  • Ensure solutions leverage modern Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SQL)
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through continuous improvement
  • Partner with development teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance usability

Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from planning through post-launch optimization
  • Manage backlog and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
  • Balance scope, timelines, resources, and budget across multiple initiatives
  • Track milestones and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Serve as a primary technical and functional liaison between customers and development teams

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

  • 7+ years in software development, product management, or technology consulting
  • Experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions in a client-facing environment

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including:
    • Azure
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Business Central)
    • C#/.NET
    • Familiarity with development using AI is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Agile development and product management best practices

  • Leadership experience guiding small development teams
