What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term treatment planning
- Partner closely with doctors to co-diagnose and support optimal patient outcomes
- Build strong patient relationships that drive trust, retention, and case acceptance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- A patient-first mindset with strong communication skills

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm, Fridays 7am-2pm
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation
$50-$55 per hour
