    In accordance with the negotiated agreement between the Board of Education and teachers' association the 2026-27 Base salary (Full Time) at BA step 1 is $49,000 plus TRS contribution.  Benefits include life insurance plus health, dental and vision insurance benefits are available.  Sick days, personal business days and reimbursement for professional growth are also provided.
