Your job:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including targeted search (headhunting)


• Conduct and analyze employee lifecycle surveys (probation period and exit interviews), providing insights and trend analysis to managers and HR


• Contribute to employer branding activities, represent the company at events, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and external partners 


• Support and participate in other HR-related projects

 

This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave. 

 

Your qualification:

 

• Higher university education (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Administration)


• Work experience in recruitment or other HR related field


• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail


• Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset


• Fluent in spoken and written English
